At Nutrizo Advancis Health Care Pvt. Ltd. , our approach to credits and returns has remained simple and aimed at unquestionable customer satisfaction. We ask, as part of our cooperative commitment and dedication to improving consumer product safety that our customers work with Nutrizo Advancis Health Care Pvt. Ltd. to comply with the revisions that have been made to this Customer Request for Credit and Returns Policy. Nutrizo Advancis Health Care Pvt. Ltd. will continue to return for credit any product not accepted at time of delivery. After delivery, our credit and return policy is limited within certain guidelines. Under some exceptional situations only goods will be exchanged are as follows .

RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept returns in order of exchange of goods to goods, please return the item(s) to us in their actual packing in unopened and undamaged condition within 15 days of your purchase with all actual tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within fifteen (15) days from date of receipt of item(s) at your end. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.
  • Gift cards, scheme related products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate exchange procedure within 15 working days.
  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
  • Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case you want to cancel the product ,provide specific reason otherwise product would not be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
